   Hiring a Host: this is a great option if you are looking for more of a "hands-off" experience. Let me handle set-up, booking, guest communications, reviews, and everything needed to make your vacation rental run smoothly.

CoHosting

   Hiring a Co-Host: this option is perfect if you want a "hands-on" approach to renting your home.  My involvement is based on your preferences.  I can perform property quality checks before and after guests arrive/leave, keep track of inventory, and oversee cleaniless and property upkeep.

A Combination of Both Hosting & Co-Hosting

   Each client's situatuations are unique. I will work with you to find what suits your specific needs as a property owner, and what will make your home a rental success.
